This site is a private project. It sells nothing, has no accounts, no forms and no comments. Still, you should know what happens here — so here it is, as short as possible.

If you consent, Google Analytics counts how the site is used. What is collected:
Not collected: your name, your email, your address, your full IP. I cannot see individual people — only totals. “40 people today, mostly from Switzerland, longest at the Guardian.” Nothing more, and I don't want more.
I want to know whether anyone looks in at all, and which parts of the universe land. There is no advertising, no profiling, no reselling.
On your first visit a bar appears at the bottom with two buttons. Until you press “Accept”, nothing is measured — measurement is switched off from the start. If you press “Decline”, it stays off.
Die Seite funktioniert danach genau gleich. Kein Kapitel ist gesperrt, kein Video fehlt. Ablehnen kostet dich nichts.
The site works exactly the same afterwards. No chapter is locked, no video is missing. Declining costs you nothing.
Hier kannst du deine Entscheidung zurücksetzen. Beim nächsten Aufruf der Startseite wirst du wieder gefragt. You can reset your decision here. The next time you open the start page you'll be asked again.
The measurement data is held by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland). Google may also transfer it to the USA for processing. I have no influence on that, except the one that matters: nothing is sent until you have consented.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process, regardless of whether you consent to measurement — it happens as the page loads. I'm saying so openly instead of hiding it. Once I host the fonts on my own server, this stops.
Die Seite selbst legt zwei Kleinigkeiten lokal in deinem Browser ab — sie verlassen dein Gerät nie:
The site itself stores two small things locally in your browser — they never leave your device:

You can ask at any time what data exists about you and request its deletion. An email to info@orbiora.ch is enough. Since I collect no names, the honest answer is usually: there is nothing about you personally to delete.
